Hi, my name is Serena and I am the founder of Quick Permits, an architecture firm with a mission to help small property owners/contractors obtaining building permits. During my years working in the architecture industry, I feel most architect firms out there focus more on large projects and don't pay much attention to small projects. Therefore, homeowners or small business owner often have a hard time finding a trust-worthy company who has the time to take care of their small projects. They often feel they are not getting the services done in time or not being treated as important. 

After seeing the same thing happening over and over again both as a employee and as a customer myself. I decided that I need to create my own architectural practice focusing primarily on small projects. Our goal is to maximize efficiency and quality of customer services. Also we want to educate more people about the importance of getting a building permit and how ignorance of structural safety can cause serious danger.
